I can personally attest to the improvement of eating for healthy hair. If I have healthy amount of salmon for a month my hair feels soft and shiny. Crazy but true. Of course eating a certain diet can change the health of your hair or for that matter everything else in your body. So take some time and try these ideas. They really do work. I know! I also have tried many of these foods for my son. He was loosing his hair for a period of time. We are not sure exactly why but we believe his issues with diarrhea contributed to his hair loss.
